Contact us with a description, and we'll figure out how to get them back in your hands.
We are very pleased to announce that online pre-registration for NPC-Con 2013 is now available at This is something new we're trying this year. It allows everyone to:
  • Pay in advance! This gets you the cheaper rate of $10 for the weekend (it's $15 at the door), and also allows you to...
  • Sign up for events in advance! Book your spot at the table for each event you're interested in

There are still a handful of sessions that haven't made it onto the schedule yet, and we're missing a few descriptions, but don't worry! Sign up for what you want now, you can switch to something different later (assuming there's space left).

Speaking of missing descriptions... GMs! If you haven't yet submitted to us a description of your session, please do so ASAP.

Volunteers! We're still looking for some. Help us out during one session, play in the other two sessions of the day for free! Please contact us if you want to volunteer, we won't accept Volunteer sign-ups on the Warhorn page from strangers (our mothers taught us well).
We have: A date! October 19-20, 2013
We have: A venue! Knox United Church in Prince George
We need: GMs and volunteers!

Did you previously express interest in GMing a session (or two, or three)? Maybe you just thought about it? Either way, now's the time to tell us all about it. We have a system in place for online pre-registration this year, but before we can open it up to the eager public, we need to know what we'll be offering. So please use the Contact form or the e-mail link to let us know about the tabletop rpg or board game you'd like to run at NPC-Con 2013.

Similarly, we are still soliciting volunteers to help make the magic happen. You can use the Contact form or the e-mail link, we'll get your message either way.
So it's been a while since we've posted much but we're back! And efforts for NPC-Con 2013 are already underway!
We've already got a date picked and a possible venue! More to come as we finalize the details.
What's next? Well, we are always in need of volunteers both to run games and help run the Con. Those of you who helped last year will soon be contacted asking if you are willing to help again in 2013. If you or someone you know, might be interested in making NPC-Con the best it possibly can be, please feel free to contact us and let us know.
Plus, we've got some exciting new features planned! I can't spill the beans just yet, but as we get more details solidified, we'll be letting everyone know.
So, how can you help? Even if you can't volunteer, we want to hear from you. What did you like? What did you not like? What would you like to see at the Con? The more suggestions and ideas we get, the more options we can go through and try to put together an even better Con each year.
We're looking forward to hearing from all of you and to all the future games we'll be playing.
NPC-Con 2012 is over for another year. And we had sooo much fun! What was your favorite part of the con?
We are Monday, the 15th, which means we have ONLY 5 DAYS left before NPC-Con 2012! The schedule of events is now fully up-to-date, we've got our organizers organizing and our volunteers volunteering and stuff is happening!
Be sure to check out the updated schedule of events.
One more note: I've been getting numerous questions regarding pre-registering for games. Unfortunately, we were unable to get an effective pre-registration system in place in time. We have found an appropriate tool and fully plan to have pre-registration implemented for next NPC-Con.
See you all in just a few days!
The Captain.
One  More Week until NPC-Con!
Next weekend we will be fully ingulfed in all the greatness that is NPC-Con 2012!
Just a reminder that if you have any interest in volunteering or GMing a game, feel free to let us know! Remember anyone who helps out as a volunteer or GM gets a free pass to the Con!
Lots of new stuff happen and we're getting ever closer to THE BIG EVENT! Keep an eye here as more things are updated all the time.
Right now, we've had some schedule changes which are now live. More changes may happen between now and NPC-Con so Stay Tuned!
Our advertising effort has now begun! We have posters as far west as Prince Rupert and north to Fort St. John/Dawson Creek.

More efforts will be put in lots of other avenues as well. But the best form of advertising is word-of-mouth so be sure to tell your friends.
